ReCaptcha not reloaded after send form with wrong code

Hello,
i have a problem with a form.

Submitting a form with a wrong or a null code result in a reloaded page but without ReCaptcha control.
Any suggestion to solve the problem?

Hi Umberto,

When the for reloads there is a JavaScript error from the ReCaptcha code and the form action URL has &tvout=ajax. Do you have the form set to submit using Ajax? If so then I suspect that ReCaptcha may not work correctly.
