Does ReCaptcha meet your needs? That's available in CFv4.

Yes, but for an WCAG accessible website it's not good! :-(

They don't suggest any alternatives ( looked here). A HoneyPot looks like the only one. There's a FAQ on using a HonlyPot with CFv4 I think.
