TCPDF generated pdf but no date

Hi, whenever I try to generate a pdf from a form, the pdf gets generated, but none of the form data is included. Does anyone know how I can fix this? It shows the text labels, but none of the user data.Thanks for a truly awesome product! :?

Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug results here together with a sample of the Template from the TCPDF action.
