Make a ChronoForms form publicly accessible.

Overview

The issue occurs when the form menu item is set to public, but the form itself still redirects to a login page.
Ensure the form's access permissions are set to public within the ChronoForms configuration, not just the menu item.

Hi, the chronoform menu item is public, but still I get the login page when I try to view the form.
