In chronoforms5 i can create adding an other box to a drop-down i was checking http://greyhead.net/chronoforms/chronoforms-adding-an-other-box-to-a-drop-down but am not understand and am use chronoforms5 so can you please help me 😢

In v5 this can be done using the "events" section in your dropdown, you will use it to show/hide a text field in your form, please check the start guide:
