:( I created a form with a lot of fields, added some script, etc. Took me some time... After setting up the for I duplicated the form (as a backup) and continued working on the form. After adding some setup (db save, email, display message) suddenly after a save all my fields were gone EXCEPT my custom fields!!! I thought I was lucky to have a backup because I duplicated the form earlier, but when I opened the duplicated form the fields were also gone there!!!😢

The setup of the form is still OK. It's just the fields that are gone. And probably no way to get this back....

I guess I have to add the fields again. Just wanted to let you know this happened. And I will make and save/download backups more frequently from now on.

Actually, the only fields remaining were div containers...

I haven't seen such a total loss before - we do see reports of failures to save but usually the previous save still exists (and usually these are related to server security settings.

If you look at the records in the #__chronoengine_chronoforms table is there anything left there to give a clue? The Form Code is in the content column.

Hi! I have put the files back in. Made lots backups along the way... The actions were still there fortunately. I did look in the database when this happened and only saw the fields that remained. Not other clues. I have deleted the 'broken' forms so I can not look at the table records anymore.

I just hope this was just a freak accident ;-)
