Hi simbur,

How is your form saving the data?

If the data is saved in a database table then you can use a DB Read action with a Condition setting to select a particular record.

Hi and thanks for your answer
Yes my form saving data in a database but DB Read is a setup in ChronoForm and Front list is in ChronoConnectivity, I don't see how to combine the both .
GreyHead 19 Mar, 2015
Hi simbur,

ChronoConnectivity has the DB Read built in - you can use settings in the Conditions box there to filter the results.

Hi simbur,

Do you have a table created for the registrations? And a DB Save action in the form On Submit event that is linked to the table?

HI Simbur,

Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug results here.

This is a Connectivity form ? if yes then How is your form setup ? do you have a "Connection action" in the "on submit" event ?

simbur 20 Mar, 2015
Answer
It's ok i added a save action and that's work thanks
Max_admin 20 Mar, 2015
Great, I mean in the "Connection action", you must provide the connection's name + the action's name, which should be "save", this is noted in the CCv5 tutorials under the FAQs.

Please check the "Help" section, you can use "_TOOLBAR_NEW_" in the header box to display a new item form.
