Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to us newbies . Suddenly do not I see more the form Created ..... I do not understand why .....

What I read I had to REMOVE the ' underscore from the title of the module .... but I did nothing .
Can you give me a straight A hand for the event ?
I do not see it if I put it as a module it if I put it on the menu
