No Attachment in eMail

Joomla: 3.3.6
Chrono: v5

My Problem:
I have add upload-fields.

If i use this upload fields, the file are uploaded, see here:

But i the eMail ist no attachement...

The Attachments box only takes the *names* of the inputs. You specify the file types and set sizes on the Uploads tab.
