Hi, I'm not sure about why, but when i read any table of joomla and assign the model_ID 'eval' chronoforms breaks,
I isolated the issue into a form 'test' with a simple configuration(i changed table name to be sure of the problem)
Of course the workaround is very easy, don't use 'eval', but i think it's worth to report this issue

thanks Bob, yes it must be the reason, but almost i get mad because my table was named 'eval-uator' ;-)
