Dear all,
I am just developing a new relaunch of my website.
I set-up my joomla page as multilanguage and I have also configured two different domain, one for German (.de) and one for English (.uk).
So, I validated both domain in my members area here, but how to define both validation keys for both urls?
Secondly, I just develop the new website on a subdomain of my already validated .de domain - unfortunately it says the validation key is not valid, as this is not the first level domain I guess. Can I fix this somehow in order to test the Chronosforms before going live again to the first level .de domain.
Or should I validate the subdomain while developing and locking the domain after I finished, so I could validate a fourth domain (I subscribed the 3 domain subscription).
Thanks and best regards,
Erik

Hi Erik,
You can test the extension and all features without any validation, did you try that ?
The key will work for 1 domain only, so if you are on the sub domain now then you should either wait or generate a key for the sub domain.

Max

Ok thx for your reply.
But then, how can I configure two language domain keys (.de and .uk) on the same (one) Joomla installation?
Both domains are validated, but how can I set both validation keys within the component configuration?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Erik,
If the 2 domains have 1 Joomla installation then you need only 1 key, do it for .de domain for example, then access your site at the .de domain and validate.
The key works for either 1 Joomla install OR 1 domain, so 1 install under multiple domains needs only 1 key, and multiple installs under 1 domain need only 1 key as well.
