Setup blank

Hello,

I have upgraded a CF5.0.4 version to 5.0.7 and I have a big problem. In the SETUP section, no "actions" are visible (see attached screenshot)[attachment=0]chrono.jpg[/attachment]. They all disappeared : the sidebar which is supposed to have the "actions" (BASIC, ANTI SPAM, DATA MANAGEMENT...) which I choose from and then drag to the "OnLoad" event is completely blank !
If I load the demo forms, same happen, the sidebar is empty.

I looked at my LOCAL version with a 5.0.4 version and it DOES have the "actions" in the Sidebar.

I have Uninstalled the upgrade, then Installed again version 5.0.7 from the online Component package, and same happens. The sidebar is completely EMPTY ! Please help !!!
