chronoforms plugin conflict with other content plugin

hi!
I'm having serius problems inserting the form in a content that has others plugins in, like sliders and tabs

the actual code is the following:

and it basically forbid the others plugins to work.

if I insert the form where it belong (within the last tab) non of the three of them works. no errors in the JS console.
