Chronoform not showing

Hi guys,

i have a problem and i don't know what to do. I installed chronoforms v.5 on my joomla site. But is not showing in my template.
I used the plugin to put it in the article. I change the template for the standard template of joomla and then it shows witout any problem. Someone told me to turn off the jquery but i don't know how.... :?

Can anyone help me please??

Ok the form is showing now but i can't get him to send emails!!

Hi Crispuchita,

Please test your form using the Test Form icon in the Form Editor toolbar. Does it submit and send emails from there?

thanks for answering!! i use the plugin and the form shows.
But when i use the Test Form as you say i get this message:
Form name can NOT be empty!

When i use the form from the plugin it show but doesn't work... i truly don't know what to do...😟

Hi guys,

i just want to add clarify somethings so we all are on the same page 😉 .
I got also on my website the standard contact form of joomla working perfectly and also i made have extra items on the main menu,
one is the chronoforms directly and the other is with the plugin. Both forms are showing, both have the on load html and a debugger, also they have a thanks message when the email it's being send.
I prefer to use it with the plugin because i have the sh404sef and is url friendlier.
So when using the form directly from the menu item (not the plugin) and send and email i get this message:

           
        Mailer Error: Could not instantiate mail function.

So as you can imagine i truly don't know what to do, in the global configuration>server, i got the smtp configuration that works fine with the joomla contact form.
So what i'm missing guys??
