Had a long form which I have got working fine with Captcha but I decided to create a Multi Page. The form appears to be working fine but the Captcha image is not showing.
Under Setup, the first event is On Load
Under this and in order is:
1. Multi-Page
2. Javascript
3. Load Captcha
4. HTML (Render Form)
Is this the correct order and might my order cause the image to not show? What else may cause it?

That looks OK - do you have the Captcha element in the Preview tab?

Do you mean "Test Form" for preview tab or Form View in Forms Manager?

No I meant the Preview tab in the Form Editor.

I must be going a bit mad - can't find Preview Tab anywhere.
I go to Forms Manager - then click on the form name to open up that form. I can't see a tab in there that has preview in it - am using Version 5 if that is different to V4.
Tabs I can see are
Designer / Code / Setup / Locales / DB Viewer / Styles / Validation
I haven't as yet create a database table for the form just in case I need to make a few changes. Does Captcha need the tables?

Definitely have the captcha in there with load captcha - all looks the same as another form that I have where it does work. The difference being this form is a multipage form so not sure if that might be an issue and which order load captcha needs to be placed under Setup.
I'll keep playing around with and see if I can solve it.

I'm dubious about the benefits of Captcha with a multi-page form. If you use it then it should be on the first page with the Check Captcha on the event that submits to.

Made it work - I removed the captcha from the first page in the On Load, and put it on the Second Page of the multi page above the HTML Render. I only have 2 pages but it needs to be placed on the last page.

That should work OK - though I think the chances of a spammer ever getting to the second page of a form are very small.
