Msgs not delivered to hotmail

Hello,

I've tested different forms using different emails to receive the information from the forms. If I use an email with the web domain address or a gmail address the messages are delivered correctly, but if I use a hotmail address I don't receive any msg (no spam either).
Is there something that can I do/check to receive the information from the forms in a hotmail address??

HI innova,

Please see this FAQ or ask hotmail help? ChronoForms is sending the email so presumably your mail service or hotmail are marking them as probably spam.

Where exactly are you using the hotmail address?

Hi, I contacted with my mail service and they verified that the emails are sent correctly so I've contacted with Microsoft Hotmail support service. Lets see if they answer.
