Insert chronoform5 in my component

Hi, I need to inserty my chornoform v5 into my component.
I found this discussion http://www.chronoengine.com/forums/posts/t14340/p32573.html but i think was about another version.

It is possibile with CF5? Can you tell me the code?

If your component supports Joomla! content plug-ins then you can include ChronoForms with the plug-in syntax.
