How to fix a CF form submission error preventing redirection.

Overview

The issue occurs when the form's redirect URL points to an outdated or incorrect page.
Update the redirect URL in the form settings to the correct target page to resolve the error and ensure proper redirection.

Sorry for my English, this is my first post .
After submit a record (form by ChronoForms) I get the error in the subject and not get redirect to the list of records (list by ChronoConnectivity).
This is after the 25.th record.

Hi Laddomada,

Its very hard to guess the problem because you have a very old version, but how do you have your form setup ? what's your Chronoforms version ?

Is there any possibility to update your Joomla to be able to use the latest updates ?

I solved !
I had the " Redirect URL " that pointed to an outdated page.
I corrected and now everything is ok.


what's your Chronoforms version ?


I do not know 😟
In Site Admin | Extensions | Install/Uninstall | Components ChronoForms not exist!!!! 🙄
But I think it's the version v3.


Is there any possibility to update your Joomla to be able to use the latest updates ?


For now I cannot make radical changes.
Is there a way to update, remaining in Joomla 1.5.15 ?
But now the issue has become purely academic, having solved my problem for now.

Great, since the problem is solved then no worries for now, but on the long run you better update Joomla, however, existing forms and connections will have to be remade!
