I use to receive e-mail in Microsoft Outlook with Office and all other e-mail messages are coded properly. Only those sent from form have such a problem. What needs to be improved?

What about messages from your site ? please try the default Joomla contact form, does it have the same problem ?

There is no problem with the fonts in Joomla contact form.
The problem evolves only during sending ChronoForms form.

The problem with the encoding applies only to the content sent from the form.

You can change the email template to have only text code then, go to the email action settings and update the template manually, because the template created automatically always has HTML.
