After the PayPal payment goes through, it fails to bring me back the IPN event, it just says a 404

There is an event called 'on IPN' = I did not add the word 'on'

Hi jm1968a,
If I try the link I don't see a 404 just what I guess is an empty page. I think that the value is case sensitive so it should probably be &event=IPN - that goes to the same page.
What do you have in the On IPN event in the form?

I've tried this and get the same results.
I created another event called 'ipn' and set is to display a test message, It works, that is I can get to the event itself.
The URL line that I get us: https://www.paypalobjects.com/ca/cgi-bin/www.sendglitter.ca
it produces a 404 error.

Hi jm1968a,
Where do you get that URL from - it looks as though it's a mixture of part url part folder path?

This URL is appearing after my transaction as the return URL.\
In the paypal IPN history file, it shows 'HTTP response code 200' and the URL provide was also good.

Hi jm1968a,
In the image there is @event=IPN rather than &event=IPN that would explain a 404 error.
