Hi Micker,

Please try setting Relative URL to No in the form HTML (Render Form) action.

Hi Micker,

Please double-check - it's still showing with the Relative URL
/index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&view=form&Itemid=117&chronoform=Contact&event=submit

Hi micker,

Hmm do you have any SEF component enabled?

What happens if you put the 'correct' URL in the form Submit URL box in the HTML (Render form) action?

now it works !!
thanks ...
an idea for this problem ? vhroform bug or config problem ?

Hi Micker,

I'm not sure exactly where the problem lies. it's not ChronoForms directly as far as I know - but something in the way Joomla! parts work together.

ChronoForms uses the page URL by default and adds the form name and event to the end - usually this works OK; sometimes SEF URL re-writers alter this though and then the Relative URL setting should force the Submit URL to be the basic one that you see from the View Form link in the forms manager.

And sometimes this doesn't work. My guess is that this may be the System SEF plug-in re-writing URLs in the page HTML after the form is created. It really ought to ignore any that are inside e.g. a <form> tag and only re-write <a> tags - but it doesn't seem to be clever enough.

When i use the url like index.php?option=com_chronoforms5&chronoform=form-test is working fine...

but in joomla 3 the relatives url are most used... what can we do ??

Do you have your form under a menu item or inside an article ?
