Tooltip is not displayed

The ToolTips are not displayed.
Everythings worked fine until today (31 January).
Today I have installed ChronoConnectivity5. Maybe it thereby?

Hi John,

Please install Chronoforms again OVER yours, because Chronoforms has the latest library files.

Do NOT uninstall anything, just install Chronoforms!

Answer

I have CF5 installed again.
After the installation ChronoConnectivity was not working.
Thereafter I installed the patch 'table.php' and now is everything OKAY.
