Admin list - use Download plugin to allow downloading files

Hi,
I have too fields that are files that I want to make downloadable using the Download plugin in the Admin list.

Model.file_1
Model.file_2

Could you please help me with what should I put into Admin List Settings tab, the Actions tab and Plugins->Downloads tab to make it work.

Did you check the "Help" tab under the Download plugin area ?
