I am lost with CF5 and multi-page forms and can't find a demo or example.

I have 2 containers in designer

[attachment=0]Designer.JPG[/attachment]

and some events

[attachment=1]setup.JPG[/attachment]

But when I press submit on Page 1 it goes to a blank form.

What basic and stupid mistake am I making?

It isn't the most obvious setup :-(

Open the HTML (Render Form) action in the On Load event. Leave the Page as 1 and set the Submit event to page 2

Open the HTML (Render Form) action in the Page 2 event. Set the Page as 2 and set the Submit event to submit.
