Email's images not seen in hotmail or live

Hi,

I have a little problem: when a customer complete the form, system automatically send to him a confirmation mail.

In this mail there are 3 images: if the customer has an hotmail email address, he can't see those images...with others (e.g. gmail) no problems, they can see the images.

Do you suggest anything to solve this problem?

Only by getting your customers to approve images for your emails, or to use a different mail service :-(

This is a feature of the email service not automatically showing images linked from URLs I'm afraid.
