I would to select images instead of text in dropdown field. Is it possible?

Yes, but not with the standard drop-down - you need to use a special widget of some kind. What you can use depends on your CF and Joomla! versions but you didn't add that info :-(

Latest version of Joomla, I've never install CF yet.

How can i do that? What is the spacial widget? I never see it on demos

You'd need to install a JQuery plug-in like ddSlick - or some other similar widget - and adapt your form to use that.

ddSlick isn't bad but i prefer something more usable.

Sure, you can do that using a Custom Code element in the Designer tab. Just add the HTML you need.
