My form is looking good, and showing the completion message upon being sent, but the form is never arriving in my email inbox at yahoo. I am wondering if this is because my setup page is deficient. I am not seeing all those nice dark blue boxes that are shown on the start guide page depicting the setup page. Why else would an apparently valid form not send successfully?

Woops. Nevermind for now. I wished I had looked into this further before posting. For whatever reason, my set up page was altered for a specific form. I am correcting this by simply creating a new form. The set up page is fine on this new form.
