multiplier buttons

mikelduke 17 Dec, 2014
Hi,

I try to create a simple form in which the user could fill two fields.
Like book and the second could be title

And I would like to give him the control of adding as many books and title he wants.

I suppose I have to use multiplier, I can see the green + button but when I clic on it I do not see a new row for the book 2

Any help?

Cheers
Frank

Hi Frank,

It sounds as though there may be a JavaScript error on the page. Please try using the View Form link in the forms manager, then add &tmpl=component to the URL in your browser and re-load the page. This should show you the form without the template. Does the Add button then work OK?

Hi Bob
I'm trying hard to get it work, but no success : same issue as for Franck, nothing happened. Adding "&tmpl=component" didn't solve neither.
I got the following message in the console "TypeError : multiplier_clone.wrap(...).parent(...).html(...) is undefined"
Could you help?
thx

Hi Max
Thx for quick reply. I can't since the whole site is still on my mac.
I'll replicate it on web, and will give you the link.
Please wait...

Hi Tuan,

After checking this I found that you don't have a "Multiplier contents" container inside the "Multiplier" container, I'm planning to add a demo form for this with the next update.
