I have only two forms on my site-similar in that same fields and actions. Both with a Captcha required. One form works just fine. The other does not work (Captcha not verified, submit action not acted on). Have checked everything yet can find nothing that would cause the form to misbehave. Any ideas would be welcome.

That sounds like a problem with SEF URLs, please try setting the Realative URL to No in the form HTML (Render Forms) action.

PS I suggest that you don't use your email address as a username here as it is publicly visible and may get picked up by spammers :-(
