Tab form don't work longer

I have a form with 4 tabs. Every tab contains some requested field. The form worked fine till some days ago. I suppose that after upgrading to 5.0.4 something is wrong. If I fill the first field in the first tab and I click to the button to send the form, it goes soon to the 4th tab instead of going to the second tab as it worked before.

What's could be wrong?

Up to previous post. I can confirm that the problems come out after upgrading from V5.0.3 to V5.0.4. I've tested it on local and with 5.03 it works fine, as soon as I upgrade to 5.0.4 I got that issue.
