Cannot receive email for accounts within domain

Hi

Testing a new form, I noticed that "To" emails send to accounts within the same domain are not being received.

E.g. the form is on mysite.com. The email setup sends the email from contact@mysite.com and should deliver the email to user@mysite.com, but the email is not received. If the "To" email address is changed from user@mysite.com to user@xyz.com, the email is received OK.

Any idea what is causing this problem?

Hi Glenn,

There's nothing I know of in ChronoForms that will discriminate like this.

Are they being sent to spam? If not I can only guess that there is something in the mail server that is dumping them ;-(
