I have tested the form I made in Chronoform, but now it comes in triplicate in my Inbox.
Also the email to user comes in triplicate.
I cannot find what's seem to be problem.
Please help!

Hi Alysia,
The Simple Wizard in ChronoForms has three separate email actions built in. If you have set up and enabled all three then you will be getting three emails for each submission. Disable two of them if this is what has happened.

Where can I find exactly where something is mentioned 3 times??
There is no place where you can find "3" mentioned, its your setup which may lead to 3 emails sent, or otherwise something else on your website but we assume its the setup for now.
What do you have under the setup section at the moment ? you can post a screenshot or send us login info using the "contact us" page.
