For a quickie: In the use of drop down element setting, the demo use 0, 1 etc as options eg 0=Case A. Can we use instead 1 or 2 char alphabet as option items eg CA=Case A. With alphabet, the email will be more easily understood.

You can use more or less anything you like as long as there is only one = in the string.

You can use Case A=Case A, or you can use CA=Case A and replace the CA with something longer after the form is submitted.
