How To Redirect User Based on Dropdown Selection?

Please forgive me, I am very much a beginner with this. I need to create a form that will redirect the user to a URL based on their selection in a dropdown list (after they click submit). (For example: dropdown selection #1 -> www.google.com, dropdown selection #2 -> www.yahoo.com, etc)

I realize this can be done with ReDirect URL followed by ReDirect User. But, I am completely lost on how this can be done.

Can anyone please explain to me the process for how this can be done?
