Setup page is blank?

I've created and saved a form, but when I go to the setup tab, I don't see any of the options for inserting actions - -just a green bar.

I do get the usual setup fields if I try the demo forms, so I'm guessing it's something I've done incorrectly with my form.

Suggestions?

OK, I figured this out -- I had to change the setup mode in the general tab to advanced.
