chekbox ghost value

Resolve a ChronoForms checkbox ghost value bug.

Overview

The issue occurred when using a DB read with a checkbox element where the ghost value incorrectly changed when the field value was set to 1.
Update to the latest version of ChronoForms where this bug has been fixed.

Hi!
I use DB read and checkbox in my form.
In checkbox Enable ghost = Yes, Ghost value = 0.
If field value from DB = 1 then value in checkbox = 1 and Ghost value = 1 (!!!).
