Load fields from an other form

For an hotel we have the following problem.
On the top of the page there is a little form with only arrival date and departure date choice.
What we want is to get back theses dates and load them directly in the contact form in order to avoid the visitor to select them again (We have download chronoform v5.0.3).
Is there a way to do that?

My problem is that the two forms are in separate pages.
When the visitor enters arrival date, departure date and post them, the contact page will open with the contact form getting back the dates.

Hi Virginie,

You can do this using a "Redirect" action, and in the settings, add the date fields names and use the url of the 2nd form.

if the fields names in the 2nd form match those used in the redirect then the fields should be filled in when the 2nd form loads!
