I created two forms on my notebook with version Chronoforms_V5.0.2. They work perfect on the notebook, so I was going on made a backup of these two forms and imported them in Chronoforms_V5.0.3 on my desktop without any errors. I published them but one is working perfect and the otherone doesn't. It shows me a 'empty' page with on the text Powered by ChronoForms - ChronoEngine.com

The working one is the 'reservering' and the 'contact' gives me an empty page.
When I test the form directy within Chronoforms with the option 'Test Form', it works perfectly, but when clicking via the site, it doesn't. I also made a copy of the working one and changed the form name etc into 'Contact' but it still doesn't work.
Can somebody tell me what's wrong or what I can or should do to get it working?

Hi Bob,

thx for testing. I just cleaned my history etc and tested it on my desktop and somehow, it's working fine now thx to you.
If you didn't test it, I may still be looking at the issue.
