disable enable events

I have created a form that requires a a user to agree to terms using a radio button group 1 to agree the other to disagree
my submit button is disabled and enables when selecting the agree radio button this works as expected.

But the second event to disable it again in the radio button groups events has no effect i tried using not = instead of checking the disagree value but this doesn't work.
I get the same deal with hiding and showing a textbox area.

There was a bug with radio buttons in the latest release - I think this is what you are seeing. Max posted in another thread a day or so ago that you can ask him for a patch using the Contact Us link above. It should be fixed in the next update release.
