Hi guys,

In the middle you can see that the layout is destroyed. Every other parts are left sided... Is this a bug? How can I fix it?

The problem is that the labels are 'too big' and they are forcing the next element out to the left.

Please try to set the labels to be above the fields, this setting is available in the field settings.

If you have the latest update then you may set the form theme to "Bootstrap3 pure" which would force the label above the fields for all of them.

Another way is to use a little CSS to give more height and.or width to some of the inputs, Here i've increased the label width and some of the input heights.

For the formatting I just edited the CSS using the the Chrome Web Developer tools so I didn't create any specific CSS.

There is what looks like a problem with server security settings on your site admin (or possibly from a PowerAdmin setting). Please contact your web host to find the solutions. I see the messages below in the JavaScript Console.
