I want to make an order form just like on the website www.deversebakker.nl/#bestelformulier

Does anyone know how I can make that in Chronoforms?

I want to know how I can make these rows? into 3 columns?

Hi Alysia,

Yes you can do that if you need to. You can use a Container in CFv5 with Type = column with sub-containers for each column; or you can use a Custom Code element with Table HTML if you prefer.
