Little info: I have 2 forms on my site.
One is a "standard" contactform, the other is an order form.

At both forms I have filled out exactly the same parameters (email, subject, etc.) and this used to work before.
But right now, only the contact form is being send, the order form isn't.

I have checked the parameters and they are simular to the contact form.
Also, when you fill out the order form and submit this, you will get the "thanks-page" so there are no errors or what so ever.

Again: the parameters in both forms are equal but yet only one is working.
The only thing I have changed today is the number of fields. There is nothing changed at the events side.

Somebody's got the solution for this problem?

Hi perenboom,

Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event of the order form, then submit the form and post the debug - including the 'dummy emails' results here.

Note: if you are using the Easy Wizard you can turn on Debug on the Others tab in CFv4 or the Setup tab in CFv5.

The unusual problem was a delay of 61 minutes...
I filled out the form at 10.17 and received it at 11.18 while the order form was filled in at 10.35 and received at the saame time.
So I will never find out the real reason.

We’ve occasionally seen long delays like this when the mail server you are using has a queue - usually it seems this is because emails are flagged as potential spam and set aside for further checking before being sent. All of this happens outside of Joomla! and ChronoForms control though :-(
