i use for first the component and it's very flexible and power!!

I believe that many details still escape me because I use for first time

in sending test I get the following text:

line 1-6-7 : why do not send the field imput and send me name field???

Hi salvo722,

Some of your input names have space in them e.g. Cognome e Nome - spaces are not permitted and will break your form. Please try changing these to e.g. Cognome_e_Nome in each element in the Designer tab.

You will need to update the Email template to use the new input names.

I'm not sure that I understand your second question :-(

You can add HTML - including images - to your form using a Custom element element in the Designer tab. Is that what you need?
