dynamic email to no longer works

The dynamic email to has stopped working on all my forms. It shows as having NO to email address on the wizard. Has something changed in the way this is used with the newest version?

Hi Sharon,

No change that I know of. Please drag a Debugger action into the On Submit event, then submit the form and post the debug - including the 'dummy emails' results here.

OK,

Although the SetUp states no To address is there and I did not seem to be getting the emails to the dynamic user - when I turned on the debugger - it stated it sent the email correctly.
So, unless I find further issues - I am assuming it was my internet provider again.
