add variables in url link to form

Hi,

i would like to fill certain form-fields through a url-link which will be placed in a ACYmailing-newsletter

the link would be something like [domainname]/index.php?option=com_chronoforms&view=form&Itemid=1549&lzm-name=Mark%20Govaerts

the field lzm-name should now be filled automatically.

Is this possible? And how do i do this?

If you have an input named lzm-name then the value should be set from the URL - you don't need to do anything.
