my local time is +3.30 GMT and i configure it in joomla but after i put some data in a table it records at 8.30 hours different with my local time

ChronoFormsd uses the PHP date() function so it's picking up the time from your server.

The code is in the Autogenerated tab - you can change it to adjust the time used (though timezones can be tricky). Check the PHP manual for the code to use.
