Hello,
I made a backup of my site using Akeeba backup. I then transferred my site to another computer. The first computer was a Dell server, the new one is an HP 7900, both running Ubuntu 12.04.
I restored the site on the HP 7900 and everything restored just fine. However, when I go to a Connection Data List page I get a 404 not found error. The reason I believe is because the url is: http://itsweb.chat.tenn/index.php/2013-12-16-20-18-29/equipment-list-middle.
Note the 2013-12-16-20-18-29. Where is this coming from? The original site worked just fine. The site is a private network so you won't be able to access it. I can move it to an accessible site if need be but it will take a little time.
Thanks for your assistance.

Hi Chris,
I have no clue about the strange URL - I can only guess that it is some aberration from the transfer. What if the listing URL that you start out with before you get transferred here?
Have you checked the livesite setting in the Configuration file?
Have you checked he menu setting s- assuming this is coming from a menu?
Have you check the Joomla! Redirect component to see if there is anything there?

Thank you for your reply GreyHead. When I installed Ubuntu on the new pc, I immediately added about 150 updates. I decided to reinstall Ubuntu and move the website without the updates. Site is now working like the original site. I guess there were one or more updates that didn't agree with site.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
