Goodnight forum friends. I have the following problem, I made a form with ChronoForms v5. To test performance I've filled, but when I click the send button, I get a long error.
The form is on the following link:
http://salonbarbarita.com/index.php/es/com-virtuemart-menu-orders/com-virtuemart-menu-products/contactenos.html
I have installed Joomla 2.5.22 and ChronoForms V5.
Thank you for your help

Thanks Bob. If the debugger is enabled, but I have it disabled. No longer displays errors, but still does not send user data.
Did you check your spam folder ? did the debug report sending the email successfully or not ?
Yes sir, I checked the spam folder and did not get the data. By filling out the form and click the submit button give only shown as if it was sent, but apparently not.
Hi carfaja,
Please re-enable the Debugger action and copy and post all of the debugger output here.
I don't remember seeing any email action when I checked the form before.

Ok bob, I've already enabled the debugger action and did a new test. I'll let you try so to fill in the form (http://salonbarbarita.com/index.php/es/com-virtuemart-menu-orders/com-virtuemart-menu-products/contactenos.html). Under the image displayed. Thank you very much.
Hi carfaja,
There's no sign of an Email action there :-(
Do you have one in your form? Is it enabled?

Hi Carfaja,
Does your form have an Email action?
If so, is it enabled?
Is it configured?
If there is one it should be visible in the Debug output.

Bob, thank you very much, I tell him I have tried to set that part well and I could not, I have little experience in this area and sometimes when you ask me about something, do not answer and I am as mad as a hatter.
Thanks Bob for your help, shame, had not followed the issue because I was sick a long time, but I'm picking up everything that was pending.
With respect to my practice, I tell him not quite understand where I need to verify the mail if I have an action ?, email or if it is set or not ?, if enabled or not?
I offer apologies, but I'm fairly new to this. Again, thank you very much.

Please post a screenshot for your "setup" section, also the latest update adds diagnosis information for the setup which can help you detect problems quickly!

Thanks for your support MAX, attached the image of "setup". Now I have the latest version installed, I could tell where meeting diagnostic information for configuration, please.
Hi carfaja,
You seem to have added a separate event for the Email action. Please try putting an Email into the On Submit event and drag it up before the Debugger action.

Bob, thank you very much for your support. Bob, I apologize, but I do not understand how to do what you ask me, is that I have little knowledge of the subject.
Please drag an "Email" action into the "on submit" event and configure it!

Bob, thank you very much for your support. Bob, I did what you asked me, did the tests and does not work.
In setup, I dragged one email action to the submit section and placed on top of the submit section, if you go see the item with the number 18.
Then please drag a "debugger" action after the email one and post here the debug report shown after you submit the form!

Bob, thank you very much for your patience; I tell him that still does not send the information to the post. I enclose a picture of the error that comes after to click the send button.
Hi carfaja,
It looks as though the Email action isn't enabled - or is still in the wrong place -(

Please test the form using the "view form" link in the forms manager and post the new debug report!
