Problem with file uploader

Hello,

I have problem with the file uploader in Chronoforms V5. I am trying to upload a picture and save it to my database but i can't...
i have connected my form with the db and i have edited the file config of the file uploader so as to upload pictures in form of png,jpg,gif.

Here are some attachments.The first is from the debug i recieve
[attachment=0]debug.png[/attachment]

and the second from the form's setup.

[attachment=1]setup.png[/attachment]

Please help!

The Debugger output doesn't show a File Upload element in your form?

Hi Bob,

When i tried to upload the file and press submit i didn't recieve any display message either on success or on fail. And to my database i have just an empty record from submiting the form.
As far i can see nowhere is the file that i chose to upload...

Please take a Form Backup using the icon in the Forms Manager and post it here (as a zipped file) or PM or email it to me and I'll take a closer look.
