Chronoforms 5: demo-fields-events - How to change between events?

galbur 27 Aug, 2014
Hi

I am unsure. What are the correct settings, to change between work/travel/other according to the "demo-fields-events" in Vers. 5?
When i enable "work" in the check-box, a field with the id "work_id" should appear
When i enable "travel" in the check-box, another field with the id "travel_id" should appear
When i enable "travel" in the check-box, another field with the "travel_id" id should appear

I wasn't able to build that with / Edit element settings > events.

And: Is it possible to do this with containers?
Check "work" > a container with several fields appears..
Chek "travel" > another container with with several fields appears..
and so on...

Thank you
Chris

Hi Chris,

What you need to do is straight forward, just add an event for each checkbox value and the id of the affected field.

You can also use the id of a container to hide/display it!

Hi Max

Thank you. I tried hard to make it happen ;-) I was successfull with Fields, but not with Containers.
Ok. And after the Update to 5.03 the working forms with the fields doesn't work anymore.

What can i do

Chris

Hi Chris,

I logged in but the version on your website is not the latest update, please download and install the latest 5.0.3 OVER your install, then the Container element will have a new "Load state" setting like other fields.
